I obtained my 200 hr Certification in 2013 and have been teaching ever since. I teach most of my classes in an all – levels flow style which leaves room for finding your own yoga flow. Beginner yogis can take classes at their own pace. Advanced yogis can find deeper meaning in their yoga practices. I also try to have really fun playlists. 🙂
